The hours listed above are the hours when the gallery is available to be rented for an event. The Lights out time is when all patrons and staff must be out of the gallery. If your event goes past the lights out time, you will be charged $100 an hour (give 15 minutes).

Date & Damage Deposit:

To secure the date for your show, you must first pay a $100 date & damage deposit. You should pay the deposit as soon as you can to hold the date for your show. If you need to cancel the event, the deposit will be refunded in full until 3 weeks before the date of your show. If you cancel after the 3 weeks date before your show, you do not get your date deposit money back. See also Damage info below.

Damage Info: The $100 Date & Damage Deposit will be returned to the renter if no damage has occurred to the gallery. Inspection for damage will take place after the show or within 12 hours. The renter is responsible for the payment of repairs.

1" rule - Any mark or hole on the wall larger than 1" diameter. Or any number of marks or holes that fit into a 1" radius, you will be charged $5 per. 3" rule - Any mark or hole on the wall that fits into a 3" diameter, you will be charged $25 per. 3"& larger rule - Any mark or hole on the wall larger than a 3" diameter, you will be charged $100 per. You must use approved hooks and nails to hang artwork. The gallery has a supply of approved hooks to be used for free.

Alcohol Rules

You may not sell alcoholic drinks. It can be provided. NO Minors allowed if alcohol is provided. No Red Wine.

If you do not plan to provide alcohol, subtract $100 from the rental fee.

Security Info:

Security is needed If your event has alcohol provided or if your event goes past 2 am, Your security must be a professional security officer or 2 large intimidating men. He/They shall roam the party & parking lot from 9pm until closing. The doorman does not count as security.

Rental Payment Options: (Saturday night rates)

#1 The Place is Yours Option. Rent the gallery for $600. This the best option for promoters. The gallery is yours for the allotted time. The gallery will take no door money and 0% commission on the art sold. (Unless you hire us to sell the art).

Pay the $100 Date & Damage deposit as early as you can to secure the date. 3 weeks before date of the event the $600 must be paid. Any extra add on service fees must be paid prior to the event. If you cancel the show before 3 weeks from the date of the show, you will receive a full refund, after 3 weeks you not receive a refund. Included in this rental are:

#2. Pay a little & give a little. This option is for anyone who does not have all the money to pay & use Option #1. The renter(s) know they will make their money back from the door & from selling art. The gallery will take some door money & 25% percent of art that is sold. during the show. (The event must be an art show, not a party).

Rent the gallery for $700. Pay the $100 Date & Damage deposit as early as you can to secure the date. 3 weeks before date of the event, you must pay $300 (non refundable). The suggested door donation will be $10. The first $400 collected from the door will be given to the gallery. 25% commission from art sold will be collected. Any extra add on service fees must be paid before the event.

#3. Partner up . This option is for anyone who wants to put on an event or show their art, but does not have enough money. The gallery becomes a partner of the event. (The event must be an art show, not just a party)

Pay the $100 Date & Damage deposit as early as you can to secure the date. 3weeks before the opening of the show pay $100 (non refundable). The gallery will take 50% of the door for the entire evening. The suggested door donation will be $10. The gallery will collect 50% commission from art sold will be collected. Some of the add on service fees may be shared expenses.

#4. For Charity. If your event is to raise money for a charity, dooGallery would love to assist you & the cause. The event must be an art show, not just a party.

Pay the $100 Date & Damage deposit as early as you can to secure the date. The gallery will take 50% of the door for the entire evening. The other 50% will be given to the charity. The suggested door donation will be $10. The gallery will collect 0% commission from art sold as long as 50% is given to the charity. Some of the add on service fees may be shared expenses.

Out of State Artists:

If you are an out of state artist who wants to hold your own event at the gallery, or you promote a traveling art show/movie/event thee is a discount on the rental. You may subtract $200 from rental options #1 & #2.

Add On Options

More time/extra hours

If you would like to go past the show time (lights out time) it will cost $100 an hour. The latest lights out time is 6am. If you need more time to set up for your event, schedule permitting on the day of the show, you may for free.

Serving Food:

If you plan to serve or provide snacks or food there may be a fee involved.

Audio/Visual fees:

The gallery is wired for sound & has a digital video projector. To use the Audio the fee is $50. To use the projector the fee is $25. You may bring your own audio but the volume will be monitored by a gallery representative. All bands must bring their own audio.

Party fee:

If your event is party and not for the presentation of art, there is a $200 fee. To be considered an art show, there must be a minimum of 10 original (no prints) pieces of art being displayed.

0% Commissions:

The gallery does NOT receive a commission from art that is sold if you rent the gallery using Payment Option #1. Unless you hire one of our staff members to sell your art. Any art that is sold by our sales staff, the gallery will receive 25% of the sale.

Extra Unisex Bathroom.

To please your guests, another bathroom is available to rent. It is in a separate building on the property. Rental fee for the bathroom is $50 for 5 hours. However, If your event attracts more than 100 people, you must rent the extra bathroom.

Max Capacity:

The capacity for the venue is 100 people inside at one time. To increase the capacity read the Tiki & VIP info.

Outside Tiki Bar:

If you would like to use the outside Tiki Bar the fee is $200. If you decide to use the Tiki Bar The capacity for the venue will increase to 175 people. the bar will stocked with Ice, cups & a bartender. A heater can be used if needed too.

VIP area:

For $500 a vip area can be provided. If the VIP area is rented, the Max Capacity for your event can be raised to 250 people. However the actual VIP room has it's own capacity of 20 people. The VIP area has: a bar & bartender, an extra bathroom, seating for 10, room for 20.

Late Payment/ Failure to pay:

If the renter fails to pay the amount of owed by the required date, the rental agreement is considered to be canceled and the deposit and all monies paid will not be returned.

Other Info:

Friday Night Rentals are $100 less using option 1 & 2. $50 less for option 3.

Payment Options: A check may be written for the down payment and for the 4 week out payment. The Bounced check fee is $25. All other payments will be paid for with cash or by using Pay Pal.

BOTTLES ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE GALLERY. SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED IN THE GALLERY.
