WEEKDAY RENTAL INFORMATION. updated 5/9/2007 Rental time periods:
The hours listed above are the hours when the gallery is available to be rented on weekdays. The Lights out time is when all patrons and staff must be out of the gallery. If you do leave the building when scheduled, you will be charged $50 an hour (give 15 minutes). If you need more time to set up, secheduling permitting you can come in early to set up for free. If you rent more than one session a month you save money. Full Payment for your rental must be paid 1 month in advance. Food Add on fees: NO FOOD IS ALLOWED DURING Morning & Afternoon SESSIONS. If you plan to serve or provide snacks or food there may be a fee involved.
Alcohol Add on fees: NO ALCOHOL IS ALLOWED DURING DAYTIME SESSIONS If you plan to provide alcohol there is an addition fee to the rental price. You will be charged according to how many people attend your show. The middle column lists the guidelines. If your event meets one of the guideline rules listed, you will be charged the appropriate fee listed. $200 Deposit must be paid in advance. You may not sell alcoholic drinks. It can be provided. NO Minors allowed if alcohol is provided. No Red Wine.
Security Info: If your event has alcohol provided, see the chart above. A doorman does not count as security. Audio/Visual fees: The gallery is wired for sound & has a digital video projector. To use the Audio the fee is $25. To use the projector the fee is $25. You may bring your own but the volume will be monitored by a gallery representative. All bands must bring their own Audio. Musicical Rehersal fees: If the gallery is used as a musical rehersal space there is an additional $25 per session charge. Damage to the gallery: A $50 Damage Deposit must be paid. Inspection for damage will take place after the show or within 12 hours. The deposit will be returned if no damage has occurred. The renter is responsible for the payment of repairs. 1" rule - Any mark or hole on the wall larger than 1" diameter. Or any number of marks or holes that fit into a 1" radius, you will be charged $5 per. 3" rule - Any mark or hole on the wall that fits into a 3" diameter, you will be charged $25 per. 3"& larger rule - Any mark or hole on the wall larger than a 3" diameter, you will be charged $100 per. You must use approved hooks and nails to hang artwork. The gallery has a supply of approved hooks to be used for free. Max Capacity: For Weekday rentals no more than 50 people are allowed in the building per session. If you exceed the limit you will be charged $50. Other Info: No Bottles are allowed in the building, No Smoking is allowed in the building. Weekday renters may not use the side or backyards. Cash, Credit card or Pay Pal only. No checks. It is wise to print this page if you plan to rent the gallery. Prices change often. Above are the written guidelines & fees, if certain circumstances or problems arise you may be charged more.
