The hours listed above are the hours when the gallery is available to be rented for your event. One hour is given for set up. If you need more time to set, schedule permitting, the day before your event may be rented for $100. For Saturday evening events, for $50 the set up time can begin at Noon. The Lights out time is when all patrons and staff must be out of the gallery. If your event goes past the lights out time, you will be charged $50 an hour (give 15 minutes).

Date Deposit:

To secure the date for your show, you must pay a $50 date deposit. You should pay the deposit as soon as you can to hold the date for your show. This deposit will be refunded in full until 3 weeks before the date of your show. If you cancel after the 3 weeks deadline before your show, you do not get your date deposit money back.

Rental Payment Options: (Saturday night rates)

#1. Rent the gallery for $300. Pay the $50 Date & deposit as early as you can to secure the date. 4 weeks before date of the event the final $250 must be paid. We will take no door money and 0% commission on the art sold. (Unless you hire us to sell the art). Any extra add on service costs must be paid prior to the event. If you cancel the show before 3 weeks from the date of the show, you will receive a full refund, after 3 weeks you will receive no refund. Any extra add on service fees & the Damage deposit must be paid prior to the event. The renter must provide a doorman. (This the best option for promoters. The gallery is yours for the alloted time.)

#2. Rent the gallery for $500. Pay the $50 Date deposit as early as you can to secure the date. 4 weeks before date of the event, you must pay $150 (non refundable) The first $400 collected from the door will be given to the gallery. ($50 deposit + $150 payment + door $300 = $500 rental fee). 25% commission from art sold will be collected. Unless you have hired a staff member to sell your art then the gallery will take 50%. Any extra add on service fees & the Damage Deposit must be paid before the event. The Gallery will provide a doorman. (This option is for anyone who does not have the money to payment up front and use Option #1, but they know they will make their money back from the selling of art)

#3. Rent the gallery for $200 plus a percentage. Pay the $50 Date deposit as early as you can to secure the date. The remaining $150 (non refundable) must be paid anytime before the opening of the show. The gallery will take 50% of the door for the entire evening. The suggested door donation will be $10. The gallery will collect 25% commission from art sold will be collected. Unless you have hired a staff member to sell your art then the gallery will take 50%. Any add on service fees & the Damage Deposit must be paid 4 weeks prior to the event. The Gallery will provide a doorman. (This option is for anyone who wants to put on an event or show their art, but does not have enough money. The gallery becomes a partner of the event.)

#4. Rent the gallery for $50. Pay the $50 Date deposit as early as you can to secure the date. The gallery will take 100% of the door for the entire evening. The suggested door donation will be $10. The gallery will collect 25% commission from art sold. Unless you hire a staff member to sell your art then the gallery will take another 25% (=50%). Any add on service fees must be paid 4 weeks prior to the event. No Damage Deposit is required but the renter is still responsible for damages. The Gallery will provide a doorman. (This is a great option for an artist who wants to show & sell their own art, but has no money to host their own show.)

Alcohol Add on fees:

If you plan to provide alcohol there is an addition fee to the rental price. You will be charged according to how many people attend your show. The more people = more problems/mess in the gallery. The middle column lists the guidelines. If your event meets one of the guideline rules listed, you will be charged the appropriate fee listed. You must pay $100 upront. If your show has less than 50 patrons, you will be refunded $50. At the end of the show if more than 75 patrons attended, you must pay the fee depending on number of patrons.

You may not sell alcoholic drinks. It can be provided. NO Minors allowed if alcohol is provided. No Red Wine.

Security Info:

If your event has alcohol provided, read the chart above. If your event goes past 2 am (alcohol provided or not) you must hire a professional security officer or 2 large intimidating men. He shall roam the party & parking lot from 9pm until closing. Doormen do not count as security.

Audio/Visual fees:

The gallery is wired for sound & has a digital video projector. To use the Audio the fee is $25. To use the projector the fee is $25. You may bring your own but the volume will be monitored by a gallery representative. All bands must bring their own Audio.

Musicical fees:

If your event has either one DJ, a solo guitar or pianist playing background music there is no charge. If your DJ is performing or there for entertainment there is a $25 fee. If there more than 1 musical performers or DJs there is a $50 fee. No more than 3 bands may perform during an event.

Party fee:

If your event is held for an occasion or party and not about art there is a $50 fee.

0% Commissions:

The gallery does NOT receive a commission from art that is sold if you rent the gallery using Payment Option #1& #2. Unless you hire one of our staff members to sell your art. Any art that is sold by our sales staff, the gallery will receive 25% of the sale. Using all other Payment Options, the gallery does collect a commission.

Damage to the gallery:

A $50 Damage Deposit must be paid. Inspection for damage will take place after the show or within 12 hours. The deposit will be returned if no damage has occurred. The renter is responsible for the payment of repairs.

1" rule - Any mark or hole on the wall larger than 1" diameter. Or any number of marks or holes that fit into a 1" radius, you will be charged $5 per. 3" rule - Any mark or hole on the wall that fits into a 3" diameter, you will be charged $25 per. 3"& larger rule - Any mark or hole on the wall larger than a 3" diameter, you will be charged $100 per. You must use approved hooks and nails to hang artwork. The gallery has a supply of approved hooks to be used for free.

Extra Unisex Bathroom.

To please your guests, another bathroom is available to rent. It is in a separate building on the property. Rental fee for the bathroom is $50 for 5 hours. However, If you know your event will attract more than 100 people, you must rent the extra bathroom for $50. Please note that if your event does attract over 100 and you did not pre-order the extra bathroom, you will be charged the $50 bathroom rental plus $25 to open the bathroom while the event is in progress.

VIP room.

A special VIP room is available for rent. It is in a separate building on the property (same as the extra bathroom). Provided with the rental: The extra unisex bathroom, Kitchen & fridge, Ice & Ice chest, mixers, seating for 15. Rental fee for the VIP room is $100 for 5 hours.

Max Capacity:

The comfortable capacity for the venue is 100 people. No more than 300 people may come & go during any event. If you know your event will attract more than 100 people, you must rent the extra bathroom for $50. Please note that if your event does attract over 100 and you did not pre-order the extra bathroom, you will be charged the $50 bathroom rental plus $25 to open the bathroom while the event is in progress.

Late Payment:

If the renter fails to pay the amount of owed by the required date, the rental agreement is considered to be canceled. If the renter does not wish to cancel, $10 per day fee will be charged until the payment required is made.

Other Info:

The gallery is available to be rented from Sunday - Friday & Saturday afternoons. The rental fee is $100 less on every option listed above (excluding option #4).

Payment Options: A check may be written for the down payment and for the 4 week out payment. The Bounced check fee is

25. All other payments will be paid for with cash or by using Pay Pal.
