How to bid during the Go Skate Deck Art Show All boards will start the biding at $50. Bids must be made in no less than $5 each. This will be a silent auction. To bid you must register at the information booth within the gallery. Each bidder must pay a $50 deposit. This deposit will be returned if you are not the winner of a bid. Each bidder will receive a number. The bidder will write their number & new bid amount on the bidding sheet. Each skate deck will have it's own bidding sheet. The bidding sheet has a max amount of 28 bids. There is a Buy Now price which is set by artist. The first round of bidding will start at Noon and will end at 5 pm. The second round of bidding will continue during the 21+ party. It will begin at 9pm and end at 10pm. If the board is not sold in the first round, it will continue to be sold in the second round. The winner must pay the amount of the winning bid. If they winner is unable to pay the amount, then their $50 deposit will not be returned. The bidder who is next in line will be the winning bidder. Winning Boards can be brought home after Midnight on the night of the party or arrangements will be made for a later date.
