The gallery is not an after hours club. If you want to go after hours you will pay to do so.

For $25 we can supply you with an 8' table with table cloth, 2 large bowls for chips. one small bowl for dip, 2 Large trays for cheese crackers & meat, 100 plastic knives, forks and paper plates, & 250 napkins .

Alcohol Info:

If you plan to provide alcohol there is an addition fee to the rental price. You will be charged acoording to what is involved during your event. The middle column lists the guidelines. If your event meets one of the guideline rules listed, you will be charged the appropriate fee listed. Alcohol gets spilled so there is more clean up involved. Also, Alcohol makes people drunk, they act like idiots, our security will remove those idiots. You can provide your own security but you will still be charged the same.

You may not sell alcoholic drinks. Minors are not allowed if alcohol is provided.

You may not sell alcoholic drinks. Minors are not allowed in the gallery if alcohol is provided. It's against the law.

Security Info:

If your event goes past 2 am (alcohol provided or not) you must hire a security officer. He shall roam the party & parking lot from 9pm until closing. We work with a great agency that is insured, provides uniformed officers & only charges $25 per hour. The freaks come out at night. So the extra security must be in place to deal with them.

Audio/Visual fees:

The gallery is wired for sound & has a digital video projector. To use the Audio the fee is $25. To use the projector the fee is $25. The use of the equiptment used to be included with each rental. But the cost of repairs & replacements has forced a change in policy.

0% Commissions:

The gallery does NOT receive any commission from art that is sold if you rent the gallery. (Unless you hire a staff member to sell your art. Any art that is sold by our sales staff, the gallery will receive 25% of the sale.) We want to support the artists. Most galleries charge 50%. If we do collect a commission it is because we have hired a professional sales assistant to sell the art. That person usually is paid from the commission.

Damage to the gallery

The renter is responsible for the payment of repairs.

1" rule - Any mark or hole on the wall larger than 1" diameter. Or any number of marks or holes that fit into a 1" radius, you will be charged $5 per. 3" rule - Any mark or hole on the wall that fits into a 3" diameter, you will be charged $25 per. 3"& larger rule - Any mark or hole on the wall larger than a 3" diameter, you will be charged $100 per. You must use approved hooks and nails to hang artwork. The gallery has a supply of approved hooks to be used for free. The bigger the hole the bigger the problem to repair

Extra Unisex Bathroom

To please your guests, another bathroom is available to rent. It is in a separate building on the property. Rental fee for the bathroom is $100 for 5 hours. The one bathroom can not support that many people. It gets messy, there is not enough supplies plus it is very inconvenient for your guests.

VIP room.

A speicial VIP room is availible for rent. It is in a separate building on the property (same as the exta bathroom). Provided with the rental: The extra unisex bathroom, Kitchen & fridge, Ice & Ice chest, mixers, seating for 15. Rental fee for the VIP room is $200 for 5 hours.

Max Capacity:

The comfortable capacity for the venue is 100 people. 300 people may come & go during any event. However, If you know your event will attract more than 150 people, there are a few extra add on items you must pay for

#1. You must rent the extra bathroom for $50. Please note that if your event does attract over 150 and you did not pre-order the extra bathroom, you will be charged the $50 bathroom rental plus $100 to open the bathroom & VIP room while the event is in progress. It takes time to prepare the bathrom. If you did not plan ahead you will pay for us to stop what we are doing to prep & open the bathroom. The VIP room will be included because it is too difficult to seperate the two while a show is taking place. The VIP will not be stocked with supplies.

#2. You must hire an extra security officer. If your event does attract more than 150 people and you did not hire the extra security, you will be charged $20 an hour until the security officer arrives. (The security officer provided with the bartender does not count). More people means more force is needed to take handle potential problems.

Date Deposit:

To secure the date for your show, you must pay a $50 date deposit. This is to be sure we don't rent the date you want to someone else. This deposit will be refunded in full until 3 weeks before the date of your show. If you decide to cancel your show before the 3 week deadline, you get your money back. If you cancel after the 3 weeks before your show, you don't get your money back. If you back out of the rental, we stand to lose money, we need some time to find another renter to fill the date you had reserved.

Rental Options:

#1. Rent the gallery for $300. (Pay all the money before the event.) Pay the $50 Date deposit as early as you can to secure the date. 4 weeks before date of the event the final $250 must be paid. We will take no door money and 0% commission on the art sold. (Unless you hire us to sell the art). Any extra add on service costs must be paid prior to the event. If you cancel the show before 3 weeks from the date of the show, you will receive a full refund, after 3 weeks you will receive no refund. Any extra add on service fees must be paid prior to the event. The renter must provide a doorman. This the easiest for all of us. One price and the place is yours.

#2. Rent the gallery for $500. (Pay some money before & during the show). Pay the $50 Date deposit as early as you can to secure the date. 4 weeks before date of the event, you must pay $150 (note this $150 will not be refunded if you cancel the show). The first $300 collected from the door will be given to the gallery. ($50 deposit + $150 payment + door $300 = $500 rental fee). No commission from art sold will be collected. Unless; A) You have hired a staff member to sell your art then the gallery will take 25%. B) You can not pay for the gallery by the door alone. Any extra add on service fees must be paid prior to the event. The renter must provide a doorman. This option is for someone who does not have all the money upfront, but knows it will be colected. Becasue the gallery is taking a risk, more money must be paid for the rental.

#3. Rent the gallery for $200 plus a percentage. Pay the $50 Date deposit as early as you can to secure the date. The remaining $150 (non refundable) must be paid anytime before the opening of the show. The gallery will take 50% of the door for the entire evening. 25% commission from art sold will be collected. Unless You have hired a staff member to sell your art then the gallery will take 50%. Any add on service fee must be paid prior to the event. The renter must provide a doorman. Not a good rental for promoters. This is for artists who want to work out a deal with the gallery.

#4. Rent the gallery for $100. Pay the $50 Date deposit as early as you can to secure the date. You must pay the remaining $50 four weeks before the date of the show. The gallery will take 100% of the door for the entire evening. The gallery will collect 25% commission from art sold. Unless you hire a staff member to sell your art then the gallery will take another 25% (=50%). Any add on service fee must be paid prior to the event. The renter must provide a doorman. This is the worst option. Everyone is taking a gamble.
