MUSICIAN AND ARTIST INFO: At the dooGallery, we do not require artists to submit their work to be judged worthy enough to be hung. If you want to show your art then that is good enough reason for us to do so. There are no contracts that keep artists from showing at other galleries either. We do not claim you as our artist. Art Parties- Once in a while we host a show that we call an Art Party. When we host an Art Party any & all artists can participate. There is no theme, its just an evening for artists to show their work to our patrons. The night starts out with an artist reception, then it slowly becomes a fun party with DJs or live musicians. For info about the next Art Party or to participate Click Here. Themed Shows- On other evenings we host themed art showings. Once again any artist may participate, but the art must fit the genre of the evening's theme. Click here for a list of Themed Art Shows. Commissions: The artist receives 90% from the sale of your own art! Promotional Income. Not only do we payout with one of the highest commission rates in the industry, but we will pay artists for promoting their own shows. More about this will be explained when you sign up for the show. Promotional Partnership : To participate in a show each artist will pay a $20 fee. This per artist not per piece. This fee will be returned if the artist promotes the show and is able to attract 5 people to the show. More about this will be explained when you sign up for the show. Out State or Country artists: For the artists that live more than 100 miles away from the gallery and you can not drop off your art. We do not take a commission on your first piece of art if it is sold. When more sell, we will only take 10% and give you 90% for each sale. The artist pays for all of the shipping costs. Please have the return shipping payment & paperwork included in your packaging. We do not collect the Promotional fee either. Art Drop/Pick Up Off Info: All Art must be ready to be hung (wire or hooks on back of art). Please contact us before you drop off your art. Drop off dates & times for future shows will always be listed here. Regardless of which future show, you may drop off your art on any one of the dates listed. You may also pick up your art and/or your % checks on the dates listed below. Forgotten art. If an artist fails to pick up 30 days after the the show, a $10 storage fee will be charged per piece. After one year, the art will be considered donated to the gallery.
